    Yikes! The scale went the wrong way for awhile this week. Looking back on my food intake and other things (like sleep!), I see 2 things-protein, water, veggies, and sleep down. White carbs up. I ate white bread a couple of different times due to convenience.Since Feb 22, I have had very few wheat products of any kind until this week. Plan for the coming week-increase the right things and decrease the wrong ones. I am looking forward to seeing what the coming week holds. Gluten may turn out to be more of an issue for me than I thought...

    Hello everyone, just decided to join you all. I have about 15lbs to go now. I wonder if I can lose that during this challenge. I'm going to make a good stab at it.

    I had a funeral this week to go to. All I can say is that at least I'm less than I was 4 weeks ago, just.

    April 8: 150.0
    April 15: 149.4😁😁!! New decade. Discipline, focus, and dedication are paying off. Yes, motivation is definitely there. The other 3 are what drive me.

    Total loss: 3.8 lbs. since March 25, 2021. I have lost 44.6 lbs. from when I started on 09/01/20.

    April 22: 147. This makes it 47 lbs. lost since 09/01/20. I realized today that I weigh less than what is says on my driver's license, lol!!

    I am beneath 170! Pretty excited about it. I had to back off the weighing every day because the 'gains' were getting me a little blue. Twice a week is about all I can mange, mentally:-). Usually Monday and Thursday, I see how I am doing, I have noticed that my clothes are a little looser, but my waist and abdomen measurement made a change in the beginning, but hasn't moved since. I posted my start weigh from 2020 and from this year, so I can track how I have done since I started paying more attention to my eating habits/health.

    It has been a rough week but I stuck to my better eating and had a good loss which has made the week less rough.
