    Ok so aunt flo got me....but if ya look at the end of aunt flo last month I lost 2 lbs since then. I'm gonna call it a win and stay positive!! Just keep losing a lil at a time!!

    It was a good week again and I am grateful for that. One of the goals that I am proud to have kept to was no soda. I haven’t had one since December and I think that huge cut in sugar has made a big difference to my success so far.

    What are some of your food related goals?

    April 22: 170.0 on April 21. Ate before I remembered to weigh this morning.
    April 29: weighed a day early April28-169.4 will weigh again tomorrow, just in case
    May 6: 167.8 on May 5. Day 'off' due to travel---and I ate too much yesterday, so staying off scales for a few days!

    We are halfway through this challenge! Thanks, roz0810 for initiating this challenge:-). My loss to date during challenge is 6.6lbs, or a little more than 1lb per week:-). I probably will not break 160 during this challenge, but what a great possibility! I am hoping to wind up at 162 or less. What is your hope for your final number on this challenge?

    Original starting weight (09/01/20): 194

    March 25: 153.2
    April 1: 152.4
    April 8: 150.0
    April 15: 149.4😁😁!! New decade. Discipline, focus, and dedication are paying off. Yes, motivation is definitely there. The other 3 are what drive me.

    Total loss: 3.8 lbs. since March 25, 2021. I have lost 44.6 lbs. from when I started on 09/01/20.

    April 22: 147. This makes it 47 lbs. lost since 09/01/20. I realized today that I weigh less than what is says on my driver's license, lol!!
    April 29: 146.4 Feel solidly in this new decade.
