April 15: 149.4😁😁!! New decade. Discipline, focus, and dedication are paying off. Yes, motivation is definitely there. The other 3 are what drive me.
Total loss: 3.8 lbs. since March 25, 2021. I have lost 44.6 lbs. from when I started on 09/01/20.
April 22: 147. This makes it 47 lbs. lost since 09/01/20. I realized today that I weigh less than what is says on my driver's license, lol!!
April 29: 146.4 Feel solidly in this new decade.
May 6: 144😁😁
May 13: 141.8😊😊
Total loss: 5.2 lbs. I am grateful and doing a happy dance, as goal is close!! Again, what is working for me is Discipline, focus, and dedication. Motivation is still there; however, it is the other 3 that are driving me.
May 20: 141😊. I will be out of town all next week. I'm going to treat it like any other holiday/birthday/travel/vacation, and not go hog wild. I believe I am well on the way to building the skillset to do it!!😉😊
May 27: 140. This was a very pleasant surprise. I am extending my stay as I have tons more work to do on our condo. I’m good no matter what happens gain or loss wise. I’m still mindful of my choices, but not super strict. I makes it a little easier.
