Hey y’all!

Well I’m back at it again after so many failed attempts. I’ll be 46 on April 5th, and I’m determined to get this weight off of me. I’m mostly plant-based, but I do eat some fish, tofu and poultry. I feel so much better already from changing the way I eat. I even sleep better. I don’t suffer from anxiety like I use to. So much more that I could say, but I’m just excited to work on myself to improve my mind, body and soul.
