Loosing weight

I started my weight loss journey starting this month and roughly lost like 6 pounds and i feel like i am pacing too slow. I try to eat like 1200 - 1300 cals a day and idk if i should increase my food portions because some days i do end up feeling really weak and feeling the need to binge. But because of my activity level i am home now most of the time but i workout like 30 mins a day and my fitness pal gave me a low calorie intake because of my activity level. Should i increase how much i eat and increase my activity level? Or should keep eating at the same defecit

If you're so hungry and weak that you are compensating with binges, yeah. Eat more.2

Are you eating back calories to reflect your workouts? If not, that seems like a good place to start.0

Pick a slower rate of weight loss.0

6 pounds in a month is not slow. Patience.5

1200 is like 2 sandwiches. I would feel weak too.3

1200 calories and id be hungry and a nasty person to be around. the lowest i can do is 1400ish. and that can be pushing it.
