Hi. I have just got back into working out. I have been doing mountain climbers and sometimes I get worried that it feels 'funny' at my hips. Like it's hard to explain. I am not experiencing pain or discomfort but there is a sensation that feels like my hip might click or something I know it sounds weird. My mum had hip problems so i don't know if I am being paranoid. Does anyone have any issues with mountain climbers ?? Maybe it is normal to feel like your hip might click, I dunno 🤷♀️
