@mshawski Best of adventure to you on your protein journey. As you may have seen, this month at least, I've been slacking on protein intake. That said, no matter my macro ratios, I tend to "tap out" at around 150g protein per day. Generally, egg whites, vegan protein powder and nutritional yeast are my besties.
