    Much better! Thanks for asking. She's responding to treatment and her platelet count is way up. Still waiting on a serology report to find out what might have caused the problem, but that will take a few weeks.

    This is a 3 day post:
    Thursday was an unplanned pass day. Worked late so didn’t get any exercise in. Pass day 1.

    Friday was a planned pass day. Pas day 2.

    Saturday was a 3 YES day and I mostly made up for the calories overage from Friday. Loooots of walking. My knees are feeling it.

    @Katiecan2021, @biketheworld, & @SModa61 - thank you ❤️

    @SModa61 - not off putting at all, I appreciate the time you took to respond! I also think nutrition is an important component. We’ve noticed that artificial food coloring effects him, and artificial red specifically sends him into outer orbit. We try to avoid it whenever possible. I will def give that podcast a try. Thank you ❤️

    @mshawski So interesting that you have already witnessed a food component that impacts your son. I was thinking more on the subject and I remembered the book grain brain that I have on the shelf somewhere. Did a quick internet search instead (lazy of me), and I was surprised to see it come back with Dr. Pearlmutter mentioning fiber and omega-3's as potentially beneficial. Anyhow, hang in there. You son is lucky to have you!

    @biketheworld When we do pizza, it is straightforward. We order a 14" pizza. Hubby has 5 and I get 3 and there is nothing left. Then to make it work, I need to pre-track those three slices into my day so the rest of the day can work around it. :)
