A nice hike on a beautiful day, ideally with a friend or two and preferably a dog. Followed up with maple creemees (soft serve ice cream).

My favorite two exercises are hiking and walking a golf course. Nothing like hiking in the woods.

My most common exercise is "yanking a chain" as my wife would say -- sounds dirty but it's my Concept2 rower.

Truthfully, my favorite workout is any one that is completed!

I do like hiking in the woods in the mountains. I don’t really consider it a “workout”. I just find it enjoyable, physically and mentally.

I really enjoy trail running, both for the scenery as well as the reduced wear and tear on my 63 year old body parts.

I also love cycling, doing lots of miles both in training and with friends. Finally, while I'm a mediocre swimmer who slogs through pool laps, I'm very enthusiastic about open water swimming with a wetsuit. Lots more fun.

My FAVORITE? Dog agility (that thing on tv occasionally with the dogs and the obstacles)

Hiking, but boxing is a very close second.
