Coming to the realization that maintaining at or near 160 is probably just where I need to be and that pushing myself to come down 5 or 10 pounds more is just making my life harder. My BMI in between 23 and 24. I'm fit and healthy - rowing or running nearly every day. So what if I still have some jiggly bits? And who knows that will happen to those jiggly bits after another year in maintenance. So here's to self-acceptance and being happy with where I am right now.
