    Last round everything went up. Back to it with some seriousness. Repeat 10x "DO NOT PICK IT UP"

    5/12 - 62.7kg. A good start. Gym done
    5/13 - 62.9kg. A small blip but gym done so working on it going down tomorrow.
    5/14 - 62.7kg. A public holiday here so a late start to the day. Heading off to the gym any minute.
    5/15 - 62.7kg. Loving the long weekend
    5/16 - 63.1kg. OK after the weekend
    5/17 - 63.5kg.not very good at all. Another public holiday and a later gym session.
    5/18 - 63.4kg damn!
    5/19 - 62.7kg yay! Aerobics yesterday and gym today. Making good food choices.
    5/20 - 62.7kg gym done.
    5/21 - 63.0kg shame about the uptick but it's only 1 day.
