Hello- refocusing. Low carb 6 days a week and 1 high carb day a week. Back to exercising every other day. Also back to intermittent fasting! On my 23 hr fast right now!

    What are you trying to achieve with the six low carb days and one high carb day? Just curious.

    Not sure about trying to eat ALL your calories in a one-hour window.

    What are your short- and long-term goals? What strategies are you setting up now that you will continue forever? That's how success happens. There's no finish line.

    I wish you so much success; just go slow and be sure to take care of yourself.
