What a weekend! Both my boys played in provincial baseball tournaments. My oldest’s team won first place and my youngest’s team didn’t land a metal but sure played well. With that, many days of eating out, celebrating, and over doing treats. No surprise that it showed up on the scale. Back on track today. I think an all green August is a great goal! Thanks to @kerdil08 for that inspiration! @jessicakrall8 will you please move me out of support?1

Studying up today on health and nutrition and im going to revamp my diet and get my butt back into the gym. Ive been working long hours and I can feel it on my body, time to get rid of the junk and heal my body again. Ive become so slacked with trying to buy a house and I can feel it.3

I dislike watching the news and the weather channel but atleast the weather isn't as depressing. 🤣
And I am not a fan of either ranch or oil and vinegar. I'm more of a Ceaser/Italian girl

Thank you for having me. I found this group last month, but I was too late to sign up for July. I hope this group will help keep me accountable and also motivate me to try my best every day to work on my health.

I understand exactly what you're saying. I had years in a job working crazy hours, similar to the challenges you've been facing. Now I've gone part-time I'm fitter than 10 years ago! We've had a challenging couple of months & I had to skip gym last week & away this week- desperate to get back now I'm chilled! Sending hugs2 -

Great walk around Liverpool,its a wonderful city.I love Walker Art Gallery & all the museums around Albert Docks. Eventhough it's so close to me I've only been a few times.3 -

Our hotel is the old Liverpool Airport. I love this building, all art-deco now. Made famous by the Beatles as it was their local airport!
