    July 24: 145.8 - so after being away at the cottage for a week I came back .8 difference from when I left. I’m completely OK with that. I ate and drank what I wanted. I didn’t go crazy and am very pleased that I didn’t limit all the good things about going on vacation. I will definitely miss my daily paddle boarding and swimming though.
