Hi guys.

So I'm fed up again of starting and stopping. I have no reasons or excuses left now. I'm determined to lose this weight again for good.

Please feel free to join me in the next 4 months
from Sept to end of Dec to do what you can to drop this weight.

My goal is to daily log my food, post on the community and drink 2+ litres of water. I will start with this because I know it works for me.

You can weight in daily or weekly etc any day. I will be doing Thursdays and sometimes a few times more a week just to keep an eye on things.

    I’m in. I am a daily weigher (have the aria scale) but usually post weight around Tuesday or Wednesday. Will use Wednesdays since that’s Sept 1.

    Great idea. Thanks! I’m in. I was just thinking of a goal from now to year’s end. That’s a short enough time frame that it’s not overwhelming … and it will get me to a family holiday slimmer than now. I’m also working with a trainer for serious strength training and I’m biking, so it will be interesting to try to build muscle AND drop pounds. Besides weight loss I’m going to also track basic measurements and clothing sizes.

    I'm sooo in!
    Sick of the constant yoyo too. Ready to commit for summer. Will do this by tracking every day on MFP, 3 litres water daily and exercise 5-6x per week. This is just the challenge I've been looking for!

    Since sept has 5 weeks. Taking Sept 1 as my weighin start date. Then each week after will see the loss (hopefully every week). Sept 1 is my reset for new month. Getting back on schedule etc. Just have to make it thru the long weekend…

    September starting weight for me is: 254.2

    Will weight in again Thursday, tomorrow, and try to stick to Thursdays overall.

    My starting weight this morning is 163.2. This is a little high then my yesterday weigh in. But do feel real bloated and blah today. September should be a good month since it should be that easy weight to drop with getting back on track.
