So I'm fed up again of starting and stopping. I have no reasons or excuses left now. I'm determined to lose this weight again for good.

from Sept to end of Dec to do what you can to drop this weight.
My goal is to daily log my food, post on the community and drink 2+ litres of water. I will start with this because I know it works for me.
You can weight in daily or weekly etc any day. I will be doing Thursdays and sometimes a few times more a week just to keep an eye on things.
