Oct 8: 174.9 Walking 3-5 miles daily. Trying hard to enforce my macros. Those stupid carbs pop up fast even without bread, chips, sweets, or "junk" in general. SO frustrating!
Oct 15: no scale on vacation. Walking and tracking

Oct 29: 172.1 walked 75 miles in 15 days. Really thought I would have lost more BUT first time I didnβt gain while in Florida.

Total loss for October I lost two pounds this month. I have to repeat that to myself because it was twice that much during the first two weeks of the month, and then two back in the wrong direction the last half. But the truth is it's still two pounds down for the month. Even at that slow rate, I should get to my goal.
Average weight for the month was 151.3, down from 153.0 for September. Same two pounds down if you look at it that way.

Oct 22: 153Β - this weight is being obnoxious π . Oh well, living a sustainable life style and feeling better so..... π€·ββοΈ still working out and eating cleaner.
Oct 29: 151Β - I'm happy with this! Not just the number, but living a lifestyle I actually enjoy. My goal has been to just get my recommended servings of fruit and veggies daily. That's so hard! Not hard actually eating them, but finding recipes and meals that are actually balanced like they should be. It's such an eye opener to how little they are in "normal" meals. But I'm finding ways that are delicious and doing 7 minute workouts. Body is feeling good and I don't feel like I could ever burnout.
Oct 31: 151.4 -3.6 lbs down in a month with minimal effort is probably really good. I just really want to cross that threshold to the 140's! November will get it.7 -

In 2020, from January to June I had lost 25 pounds, only to regain 15 of them back over the next 14 months. Iβm happy to be almost back to where I was last June, but kicking myself for the relapse. Onwards and downwards.8 -
