    Nice list of benefits from exercise. It really is great for you. I made the mental switch from working out on the treadmill to walking outside in the cold this weekend. I think I am better off getting directly acclimated to the cold and that it will help me get through the winter with a better attitude.

    I never thought about indoor vs outdoor exercise. I always thought I felt especially great on vacation because of the R&R but I also spend many hours outdoors during vacations so maybe that also plays a part.

    The weight I registered on the scale today was officially 100+ pounds lost. Sometimes it feels surreal. My mind hasn't caught up with the changes my body has made. I feel so much stronger - I am finding the inner athlete again.

    Congratulations @ashleycarole86!! I haven't been in the different challenges for that long (10-day rounds, UAC, etc.), but you are one of the folks that always motivates me. I love how you push on and stay disciplined even when you have minor upticks on the scale. It is really something I'm having to focus on, especially during the next couple of months.
