Nov 8: 150.6 - more importantly, my workouts are getting easier and I'm feeling stronger/healthier. I'm stressed to the max with school and work right now, but still doing fairly good and making healthy eating choices.
Nov 15: 150.4- wishing for more movement than this but oh well. One Thanksgiving dinner down without a gain. I'll call that a win!

Nov 29: 150.4 - need to get back on track. Haven't been very good but also not completely terrible. I am looking forward to my schedule opening up and making some movement between now and Xmas! π

Iβm feeling very happy with my progress this month. Iβve been maintaining for a long while now, whilst βtryingβ to lose. In reality I hadnβt been sticking to my calories and this month shows that it does work - you just have to actually stick to it consistently!

Happy with the monthβs results, didnβt miss a lifting workout and seemed to gain a little muscle while maintaining fat mass. Changed scale on Nov 15 weigh-in, looking forward to Decemberβs challenge. Less focused on weight going forward and less anxiety; and more focused on other measurements.

Ultimate goal - Range between 147 - 153

Total loss for November 1.5 pounds. That's less than a half pound a week, but it's consistently down, very VERY slowly for the last fiver months. Getting slowly closer back to goal and maintenance.

Iβve recently been informed that my brother is dying with end stage cirrhosis of the Liver. He has been an alcoholic most of his life. He is 54. Me losing control helps no one. Iβve got to get myself, my emotions, my physical needs in order. Many people need me. I started injection diabetic medication today to go with my pills. Hopefully that helps my glucose numbers which are running over 400 right now. Please Pray for Jeff in Michigan.
