    Hi, I am in for another cycle. Thanks for starting this again.

    STARTING WEIGHT/DATE WITH MFP: about 175 on 8/19/12 (been here a long time, lol, but kinda off & on)
    Lost about 25 pounds, then pretty much maintaining, up a little, down a little, but would like to lose another 15 or so.

    Challenge starting weight: 154.2 (this is a little inflated because of Christmas, etc.)
    I weigh every day & average them on Monday, so my numbers are the weekly average.
    My goal for this cycle will be 145#
    Oct. average weight= 152.01
    Nov. average weight= 151.28
    Dec. average weight= 150.53
    Jan. 2022 average weight= 150.86
    Feb. average weight= 150.2

    Starting weight = 154.2
    1-3-22= 153
    1-10= 150.86
    1-17= 151.17
    1-24= 149.54
    1-31= 149.71
    Jan. average weight= 150.86

    2-7= 150.83
    2-14= 150.54
    2-21= 150.71
    2-28= 148.71
    Feb average weight= 150.2

    3-7= 148.74
    3-14= 148.08

    January 22: 138.8 Went over my calories on Monday, but was under them every other day this week. I drank 64 oz minimum of water daily and even upped my exercise by 15 per day to compensate. This has to be water retention because I didn't eat that many extra calories to gain fat. That's my excuse anyway!

    STARTING WEIGHT FOR THIS CHALLENGE: 94.0 kg (lost 3.5 kg in fall, but gained 2,5 :( )
    CHALLENGE WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: 5 KG in 12 weeks (0.42 kg / week)

    I do weekly averages and I measure in kg
    Week 0: January 9: 94.0 kg (=challenge starting weight); (544 cal/day sun-sun)
    (....)
    Week 8: March 6th: 94.4 kg (stable)
    Week 9: March 13th: 95.0 kg
    Week 10: March 20th: 94.9 kg
    Week 11: March 27th: 95.4 kg (+1.4 kg for this challenge)

    Too busy at work and with renovation of my house to keep focus on meals and physical activity. Sitting this one out (keep weighing in, keep posting here) hoping to minimize damage, new start on April 10th when everything is back to normal.
