    I finally got my first Bingo! Look at that last row - what's the deal with that! LOL

    I make Flourless Banana Pancakes - tweaked the recipe on here a little bit because I use one from WW. The only difference was the addition of baking powder to make the pancakes rise a little better. I love this recipe! We have it at least once a week! Sometimes I add 2 Tbls of flour if I make a larger batch!

    Yikes! Just realized that I missed a couple of days. Work is insane.

    2/9 6. Do 5 15 second planks.
    2/10 22. Eat 2 servings of vegetables and 1 serving of protein.

    It's not exactly a new meal, but a new component to a meal. I had a big salad but with a new salad dressing that I highly recommend. There are a lot of new plant based dressings coming onto the market, which I much appreciate as I'm allergic to mammal, including dairy. This one has egg, so it's ovo vegetarian but not vegan.
