    I just arrived home after 2 weeks and 3500 miles on the road. Eating out..snacks (not all healthy😧) and weighing in at the end of the day. Not a good combination but it is what it is. I’m hoping the number will go down a bit with some water weight loss, but I wanted to do my weigh in today. I figured it might be a lot worse, so I’m not surprised at the gain or all that disappointed. I am ready to hit it hard again. I’m looking forward, not back!

    Exercise: Yes, at least three hours cleaning and another hour or so organizing.
