The month I had Covid: loss of appetite and lack of movement caused a sudden drop, then I got hungry again and wanted to treat myself, and now Iβm heading back on track. There was a 62.2kg blip too, but the low BF% on the scales showed that was temporary.
Having used MyFitnessPal for 10 years I find it interesting how it reflects major life events, and in the general scheme of things, Covid (so far, touch wood) has not been a big blip.4 -
Wk 3 - Upped calories a little to ward off sugar cravings. Cabin fever is real.
