Hey all! Having fun in Atlantic City. No big jackpots but lots of walking up and down the boardwalk. Not getting much steps as my watch doesn’t count them when using the walker. My friends Fitbit is at over 12k steps so I must have been close to the same. See you all on Sunday.

Good evening! Thank you for the add and the welcome.

Soo... I keep telling myself I'm going to start this journey and I do but it only lasts about a week or two. I have a Garmin Vivoactive 4 which has really helped show me just how unhealthy I've become... This started out as weight loss so I like what I see in the mirror again but now it's more about getting healthy. I think I need motivation and accountability to get going and stick with it, hence, the request to join this group. I've connected MFP to my watch and Garmin Connect so hopefully I won't have to add exercise and food in both MFP and Garmin Connect - I know I won't it for both.

I'm setting my step goal to 5,000 to start. I have plantar fasciitis so I'm hobbling more than walking at the moment. As my heel gets better I'll up that goal.
I'm also committing to yoga stretches each morning to eventually add in a core routine.
I'm committing to 1,200 calorie days.

See y'all Sunday! Have a great weekend!

Good evening everyone. Have a great weekend.
Calories - 2014. Good amount of food but a bit low in calories. Still trying to adjust to the higher amount needed after 3 years of staying under. Made some protein pancakes for breakfast. They were good but so dense I needed a knife.
@Megan_smartiepants1970 pls keep me excused. It doesn't look like I will be getting this dang drain out anytime soon. It is still putting out 60ml a day and they want less than 10ml.

Lost another 1.2 pounds since Wednesday. Walking to and from the pool has helped big time.

    Kicking butt and taking names!

The June habit tracker is ready for you - get set up with your name and up to 5 habits you want to track for the next 4 weeks starting on Sunday. Gotta love those green check marks

Good evening all. Horrid snacking day. At least I think I logged it all. Went to a movie and snacked. I was nervous about my leg. I lasted ok though. Went out shopping and got more crap. I have to fix this quickly. I won't dwell on it tomorrow.
Calories - 2600 or so. 1400 of those were snacking.
