    Question

    How often do you weigh yourself? What time of day do you weigh?

    I weigh myself once a week on Friday's ...1st thing in the morning ..I use to weigh in daily but I would get so frustrated that I had to stop

    Steps: 11,918
    Exercise: swim, arms and pool exercises

    Yesterday was my best swim in along time. I rewarded myself with an extra long hot tub soak. No pool today as I have to take my husband for his colonoscopy. I am crossing my fingers that the results are good and the other test was a false positive. I am going to try 30 minutes of chair yoga in a few.

    My 2nd reminder of the people's steps I need .. If I do not have them in by this evening 6/21 I will have no choice but to zero them out ...Thanks for understanding :)

    Hi Roger .... Yes you still weigh in weekly while in maintenance but since you are still on support your weight doesn't count until you are off support ...Please let Linda know when you are ready to go off support ... Are you still wanting to be excused from the step challenge? Please let me know thanks :)

    Thank you for the info. I would like tostay excused for now since I am just starting my walking.

    Good evening everyone. Happy summer solstice.
    Check in for 6/21:
    Calories - 2590 or close. Forgot the last numbers.
    Steps - 10534. It felt really good.
    Exercise - walk 1 hr 26 min. Started slow but slowly increased as legs felt better. Hoping for the gym tomorrow. Arms hurt today from gym yesterday.

    @lindamtuck2018 maintenance please. If my weight doesn't come down then I will come off it.

    I weigh every day first thing in the morning. But I also record my weight in an app that shows trend lines so I don’t worry about the daily ups and down as long as I still trend either flat or down.
