    Going to gym 3-4 times a week, trying to eat healthy but university exams right now so I've been a bit more relaxed in terms of eating😚

    HW: 69.2kg
    July SW: 67.7
    July GW: 65-66kg

    July 1: 67.7
    July 2: 68.4
    July 3: 69.1 exam finished so dinner with friends to celebrate
    July 4: 67.9
    July 5: 68.1
    July 6: 67.8

    July 9: 67.7 hopefully only going down now

    July 14: 66.8 accidentally did OMAD because I was studying😅
