    This is my 2nd month in this this group....Helps my Motivation :)

    August 15: 176.6 (-2.2)
    August 22: 176.8 (+0.2)... :/ ...Oh No 1 more week to meet my monthly goal

    Two goals to monitor this week:
    *Sleep an average of 6 hours per night (3rd week working on this goal)
    *Add rollerblading to activities (if we have a few dry days in a row)

    in last two weeks there are 3 festivals in my country and as you know festival means tasty food and family gathering.i cant stop myself eating all that delicious stuff and as a result i have gained 1.5lb .well i will try to be careful in the remaining august and increase my workout session.
