I have such a hard time with personal accountability. I have accountability partners in my life, but their so soft and enabling. I used to have a trainer (10+ years ago) that embodies the type of no-fear, in-your-face accountability and motivation I crave today. I know I should be able to self-moderate, but I have proven that I’m not there yet.
@Mama530 I struggle with the same issue. It helps me be more committed when I to listen to health podcasts or read books that give me a boost of inspiration. Not always helpful, but more often than if I don’t. There are a lot of good podcasts that I listen to when sewing or driving. You’ve got this!

Actually nope started having persistent chest pains 😫 😩 until this morning got was had to call EMS. Since I did not want to go to the hospital they access me with an ekg and it was nothing concerning so today will be a lazy day hopefully it'll cease. Thanks for well wishes though appreciate it2 -

It's seems that 210 just won't let you go huh? Don't give up keep pushing and it will let you go eventually. That's me and the 500s I escape it and then something happens and I am back there so that's why I am trying to get to the mid or low 400s and then 300s and finally 200s so I'd have room for ups and downs. WE GOT THIS🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
