    Looking at it in a positive light, I've successfully maintained my weight all year, keeping off the weight I've lost. But I'd like a maintenance zone more like 210-220. With a few more pounds of muscle, 210 would put me smack dab in the middle of the ideal body fat percentage range for my age. So that's still what I'm aiming for.

    I’ll take this as a win. It was a rollercoaster of a week with some traveling, which for me means being out of my routine (eating out, no exercise classes), so I’m pleased. I tried my best to be conscious of my choices and it apparently worked!

    I want to be optimistic and would like to increase my step count to 9k. This is a busy time for me at work, 10-12 hour days do no allow me to sneak a mile walk at lunch every day, but hey, sometimes I need the walk to calm my nerves down and not go postal LOL

    Well I am mo longer using MFP to log Food- now, they want to charge $20 a month in order to use the scanner app - it's been free this whole time....
