    It didn’t snow much here but it is cold, cold, cold and the wind is bitter. Thankfully I don’t have to go out today.

    Our weather was so so bitterly cold, but we managed. We stayed in for quite a few days. The weather is finally breaking here so we'll be able to resume some outdoor walks, which is nice.

    My dad's travel plans by car got delayed a bit to head home, but it just meant we got more time with him here, which was nice for us.

    Hello all, I’m Amanda from Michigan. I have some scary medical procedures this month (Dec 2, 5, 6) but otherwise would like to lose or maintain. I lost 49 pounds since March and gained 4 back last month. I worked hard to lose those 49 and I know it’s easy to gain.

    Yesterday I ate pizza and chocolate. I feel pretty awful today. I had not a single vegetable yesterday. Gotta get a grip.
    I can’t seem to get enough sleep. I just toss and turn and can’t seem to get restful sleep. It’s been like this since I had my surgery. Maybe I need new pillows.

    I usually get down in the dumps during the holidays and was surprised and relieved it had not come yet. Then it hit me last night like a ton of bricks. I will be seeing family and friends today, so I will put a smile on my face. 1 below here with 25 below windchill.
    12/25: DNW-no scale
    Well, I came to my parents house and decided to spend the night last night because I was tired of facing the bad roads and I thought my mood might be better if I wasn’t alone.
    It is a balmy 16 degrees here today, so I’m ready to get my bikini and go sunbathe! Donna and Ashley, wanna join me? ☀️❄️

    I am back in for December. My name is Mary and I join for the accountability and the benefit I noticed is I have a better understanding on how my weight fluctuations due to calories and lack of activity.
    My goal is to lose the weight I put on since April. I know it won't be done this month but I can go in that direction.
    Goal weight is 175lb.
    Current weight 187lbs.
    December goal 185lbs.
    Dec. 1 187lbs
    Dec. 7 185.5 lbs Wednesday is my weekly check in.
    Dec. 14th 185 lbs. To day I measured various parts of my body. I quit doing that last April. I am bigger by at least one inch on my waist and abs.
    Dec. 19th 186 lbs Guilty of sampling baked goods.
    Dec. 20th 186 lbs
    Dec. 21st 185 lbs I have been holding pretty steady with the weight with no surprises in either direction. Continuing to measure & no change there.
    Dec. 22nd 185 lbs
    Dec. 23rd 185 lbs
    Dec. 24th 186 lbs
    Dec. 25th 186 lbs My husband, dad and myself are going out for Christmas buffet. Usually I have everyone over today pre covid but now the kids have started their own family traditions.

All my meals need to be on point because of all the licks and the other two things @quiltingjaine mentioned from the WW quip. Tis the season!

Our big family dinner is today. Tomorrow will not be good on the scale, but I will begin the task of getting it back down this week. No excuses….there is some new fat in this weight!

    Christmas weight coming off. Getting back into the swing of things is a little harder than I thought it would be. I’m just so exhausted. I don’t usually make New Year’s resolutions but I’m going to try this year to see if it helps with this fatigue.

    12/27-200.8-(Trend Weight 198.9)- Up another 0.2 but that’s not bad after our huge Family Christmas dinner yesterday. Forced all the leftovers on the kids to take home. They all took tons of goodies home too and still a lot left. Gonna box them up and force them on others whenever possible. I don’t need all this fudge and cookies in this house!

    Dec 1: 170.8 (Starting December 0.8 higher than November. I am going on a 3 week vacation in 2 months and I'd like to be back to my maintenance range by then. Very cold and snowy here today. Happy December! We have a Christmas potluck at work today.)

    Yesterday I ate pizza and chocolate. I feel pretty awful today. I had not a single vegetable yesterday. Gotta get a grip.
    I can’t seem to get enough sleep. I just toss and turn and can’t seem to get restful sleep. It’s been like this since I had my surgery. Maybe I need new pillows.

    I usually get down in the dumps during the holidays and was surprised and relieved it had not come yet. Then it hit me last night like a ton of bricks. I will be seeing family and friends today, so I will put a smile on my face. 1 below here with 25 below windchill.

    Well, I came to my parents house and decided to spend the night last night because I was tired of facing the bad roads and I thought my mood might be better if I wasn’t alone.
    It is a balmy 16 degrees here today, so I’m ready to get my bikini and go sunbathe! Donna and Ashley, wanna join me? ☀️❄️

    Well, Christmas happened. Hoping I can get back down to my starting December weight by the end of the month. Back to work and doctor’s appointments this week.

    Christmas weight coming off. Getting back into the swing of things is a little harder than I thought it would be. I’m just so exhausted. I don’t usually make New Year’s resolutions but I’m going to try this year to see if it helps with this fatigue.

    Yuck, I feel bloated today. I had a good day yesterday, not sure why I feel this way. It doesn’t look like I will have a loss this month but at least I’m maintaining.

    12/28-200.6-(Trend Weight 199.1)- My cat usually prefers her own fluffy cozy space on my big king size bed at night. Last night she was kneading herself out a spot on my stomach. I wonder why? Humph…. She has done this a few times in the past. Strange…..(LOL) My weight went down a touch but trend weight is still going up. Gotta turn that around! Anyway, rehab today so there will be some travel. Shopping after for some Christmas clearance I hope.

    Dec 1: 170.8 (Starting December 0.8 higher than November. I am going on a 3 week vacation in 2 months and I'd like to be back to my maintenance range by then. Very cold and snowy here today. Happy December! We have a Christmas potluck at work today.)

    I am back in for December. My name is Mary and I join for the accountability and the benefit I noticed is I have a better understanding on how my weight fluctuations due to calories and lack of activity.
    My goal is to lose the weight I put on since April. I know it won't be done this month but I can go in that direction.
    Goal weight is 175lb.
    Current weight 187lbs.
    December goal 185lbs.

    Dec. 7 185.5 lbs Wednesday is my weekly check in.
    Dec. 14th 185 lbs. To day I measured various parts of my body. I quit doing that last April. I am bigger by at least one inch on my waist and abs.
    Dec. 19th 186 lbs Guilty of sampling baked goods.
    Dec. 20th 186 lbs
    Dec. 21st 185 lbs I have been holding pretty steady with the weight with no surprises in either direction. Continuing to measure & no change there.
