Morning 👋
Yesterday, I bounced on my trampoline 10 minutes for every hour of chores. Helped my mood and daily step total.
I wanted to share a grounding practice to help tune into your senses

@200Karen , thank you, this virus seems to persist and does not disappear completely but I started using natural remedies together with medicines and feel better to some extent, cannot say the same about my husband yet. I do try to keep active.1 -

I am up to
2 min of planks per day
2 sets isometric holds squats, overhead press, bicep & triceps
I worry that I might not be working both heads in the bicep so I’m doing 2 different holds and 3 different for triceps

Rest day ate well but spent to much time watching NBA playoffs my back is a little sore. Did walk 10000 steps and went to church ⛪️

Haven't abandoned the challenge, just been away around Easter.

Quick peek before heading to the canyon with the neighbor’s terrier Dilli, she is a great walker and by herself we should have a good workout.
