I'm on my second go-round as well. I JUST found a similar video yesterday, only he used a spoon. I think the wrench is a bettter thickness. Thanks!

I had my physio guy work on mine and he used this scraper type tool but it did similar. He would then ice it for like 10 minutes after. Cleared up eventually. Then he went back to working on my shoulder 🤣
