Hi! I’m looking forward to using this app and hoping it can help me in my weight loss journey. I would like to lose 1.5 pounds a week and reach my goal of 28 pounds loss by Jan or Feb ‘24.

Not sure where to ask the next questions, so here goes. Appreciate your help!

* I can’t seem to find a quick access tool that someone noted in the forum can help you to save a favorite food as a meal for quicker access later. Where would I find it?

* I noticed that when I put one of my meals in my diary (log it), then all of the ingredients also are listed. Can I make it appear to only be the name of the meal so it doesn’t have such a long list?

*Any other tips for navigating the forums or tutorials are appreciated.
