I'm new!!!

Hi! I am over 50 with some medical limitations but have decided that my nutrition and fitness are so much more important to me feeling good.
I hope to get far in this journey.

    Both nutrition and fitness are important. In order to have a successful journey, you'll need to have a destination. All who wander are not lost, but if you have no destination you will never get there. Even if you do, how will you know?

    Start by setting some specific measurable goals. Make them tough but attainable, and give them a deadline. Then work on strategies to get there. Go slow - it's not a race. This journey never ends even though there's a destination. Once you achieve your goals, you get to pick new ones.
