Hello, and welcome! I'm old to MyFitnessPal (and pretty old in general, TBH ;) ).

In the phone/tablet app, you can find some "Workout Routines" in the phone/tablet app's "More" menu, or the "Workouts" card on the Dashboard (at the bottom). I'm not sure how many are accessible if you don't have premium MFP. There isn't a way to access the "Workout Routines" from web browser MFP, as far as I know.

In web browser MFP, you can find exercise recommendations in the MFP Blogs. The link to the fitness part of the blogs is:

    https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/category/fitness/

The "Workout Guides" subsection of that is particularly full of suggested programs:

You can also read posts here on the Community to get ideas. In the Fitness and Exercise part of the Community, you'll find various threads where people report what their fitness routine is, what exercise videos they like, different strength training programs that are beneficial, etc. If you have specific questions about how to get started with some exercise activity that you're interested in, you can make a post to ask who does that thing, and ask them how they learned or what resources they find helpful.

You can find that section here:

There are also opportunities in the Challenges part of the Community to participate in things where people work to accomplish certain activity/exercise goals. Here's a direct link to that area:

There are lots of resources associated with MFP. It can be a little overwhelming at first, IME. If you take some time to look around, I'm confident you can find some things that will suit you.

    Best wishes for success!
