I decided to jump back on here and track calories alongside my Weight Watchers app. I am already at my goal weight, but struggling to keep it off with the newest WW program. Hoping to get inspired here!

Welcome back @Buzz1959!
You are finding out a truth: Maintaining weight loss is just as hard as losing weight. Some say it's harder because you have to readjust your brain. You no longer get that positive feedback from the scale number going down over time. Instead you have to train it to be super happy if it just goes up and down in a reasonable range.
I presume your "goal weight" is actually a range. If not, consider doing that. Maintenance, some say, is gaining and losing the same five (or three or ten or...) pounds over, and over, and over again.
Be sure to check out the Maintaining Weight discussion area. I would for SURE start with the "Must Read" most important posts.
If you struggle a little bit, don't beat yourself up about it. Just get back on track. You clearly know how to GET to your goal weight, so if you drift, you can get back. Just keep working on how not to drift too far. Some folks set a "drop dead" weight at which they go back on deficit.0
