Howdy everyone,

Hi, I just started using this app & I love it! It’s quite easy to track my foods with it. I’m taking a 31 day course to help me loose weight. The administrator of the course turned me on to this app. I’m suppose to learn how to avoid the urge to snack, & of course a lot more. The latter really interests me. I’m usually good at keeping away from snacks that are sweet or salty unless they are in front of me. Unfortunately, my husband is always buying & eating foods that are not healthy for either of us. So when he is eating in front of me- no matter how hard I try to not indulge- I end up doing so. Anyone else in the same boat? I think using this app will keep me more mindful.
