So I’ve had this app for a few years now but just now for the past week working on two with being consistent watching my calories and proteins. I’m trying to become better with my health, loose weight not 2 happy with this dad bod after becoming a father to my two broke best friends lol, but also felt like what I’ve been doing just isn’t working.
