New to Fitness

Hi Everyone! So I’m new to my fitness journey and I just wanted to say hi to everyone and drop some encouraging words. If God wakes you up another day, you have more grace to get that body in shape 💁🏽‍♀️💫. Also I wanted to know if anyone has any tips on working out?
