My fit bit is “linked” to my fitness pal but it’s not working?

How do I get my Fitbit to actually start syncing to MyFitnessPal? It says that it’s connected and linked however it’s not working?!!

The first thing I would do is click the link near the top right that says "Help." It's under the "My Groups, My Bookmarks, etc."

I'd probably search for "Sync Fitbit," and it would point me to a Frequently Asked Questions page about Fitbit issues.
