This app is cool. If you have an Apple phone. You can sync your health, sleeping, and workout apps to it. But mostly, you need to use the app to set goals and enter your food in. Once you learn the measurements of food it gets easy. I lost 10 pounds on diet. We’re here for you

Start by setting goals. Use the Guided Setup, and be honest. Set a reasonable loss rate - no more than 0.5% to 1% of your body weight. Don't include intentional exercise in your activity level.

Then log all your food completely, honestly, and accurately. Use a digital food scale. Everything you eat and drink.

When you get a goal for your daily calorie intake, try to hit it. Don't try to go under. It already has a deficit built in. Go slow. That's key. Also key is stick to it ESPECIALLY if you have a bad day or two. Don't quit!

If you do intentional exercise, your calorie allowance will increase because it isn't included in the goal. Eat those calories.

    And keep sticking to it!
