    I realize this is an old thread, but so glad someone keeps finding it! Thank you so much for posting and for including so much well thought-out info on how you achieved your goals. I've bookmarked your blogs to refer to since I am at that point in my weight loss where I want to understand how to fine tune my macros, TDEE, etc; as well as beginning to weight train.....which kinda scares me, so I'm creeping up on it! Thanks again and hope you have fully recovered by this time!
