Hi I’m new to losing weight and was recommended this app is there any way to make dieting easier and more tasteful because I have been eating chicken rice and vegetables for a month now and plain fish eggs and protein shakes and that’s about it

Welcome to the community! While I remain a staunch supporter of chicken, rice and veggies, and could live off nothing else the rest of my life, I recognize not everybody is weird like me, lol. This thread contains a large variety of protein sources, including vegetarian options. If you're looking for recipe ideas, the "Recipes" forum has a large variety of meals from which you can choose.0
