Tried Noom last year, but it become too cumbersome. Wanting to give this a try.

Don't let it be cumbersome, but DO make sure to be consistent. Set good goals. What goals are you setting here to accomplish? Are they measurable and do they have a deadline? Are they tough but not too tough? Are they realistic? Good! The way to succeed is to STICK TO IT!

Yes. Stopped Noom also. I liked it but after 8 months learning felt redundant. I did let go of all or nothing beliefs. Have new Apple watch and wanted connectivity. This is a better match for me.0
