Hi my name is Debbie and I am 64. I am new to MFP and I am here to try and loose 12 kilograms. It may not sound a lot to some but I really struggle to loose it. Hoping to make some friends and help along the way. I am doing low carb..

You will find that MFP is a great tool to help with weight management. Set good goals. Take a slow-and-steady approach. Log your food and activity honestly, accurately, and completely. Observe your results over time, and make adjustments. Then keep sticking to it!0 -
