    You will find that MFP is a great tool to help with weight management. Set good goals. Take a slow-and-steady approach. Log your food and activity honestly, accurately, and completely. Observe your results over time, and make adjustments. Then keep sticking to it!

    Thank you mtaratoot for your encouragement and advice. I have only been on MFP for one day and am finding it very helpful. I am making sure I log everything that I eat and drink
