Starting a healthy journey again

I have had my fitness pal for years and I will follow for a few days or weeks and than stop and start over a few weeks later. Really going to try to stay consistent and not give up so easily. Trying to eat whole foods and 60 minutes of exercising a day.

    Great idea to stick to it. That's how to succeed. Build good habits that you'll keep up forever. One of those habits might be to stick to using MFP....

    So what are you going to do differently this time to assure that you stick to it?
