New to IF & premium app

Hi everyone,
My name is Lyn and I’m new to the fasting concept of dieting. I did use the fitness app free edition years ago when dieting with decent results and now I’m at it again. I quit smoking 16 months ago and put on 40 pounds. That’s what I’m working on now. Wish me luck.☘️

    What are you going to do differently this time after you get good results so that you don't have to "get back to it again?"

    Weight management isn't a do it once and be done kind of thing. I suggest taking this opportunity to develop new habits that you will continue after you get to your goal. Then stick to it! For sure you can do it because you quit smoking, and that is an amazingly awesome accomplishment!
