    Up before the sun here, but I did get 7 straight hours of sleep in.

    Already quoted 2 jobs and replied to all necessary emails in my inbox this morning. Gonna be a good day!

    I'm always up before the sun, but all I accomplish is drinking coffee.

    Restful morning in the shop, yesterday, then did our income taxes in the afternoon. Talk about your contrasts. We owed too much and had to pay a penalty. Better that than have a big refund, though. Why give Uncle Sam an interest-free loan?

    Hope Dennis is coping better and avoiding the pain.

    Hope cruisers are having fun.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • I slept in a recliner last night and set the alarm to get up every 3 hours to move around a bit. I'm doing pretty good this morning. I'm still taking drugs though. I'm up a couple of times a night anyways so I just scheduled it. I've only had the sharp pain getting out of bed in the morning, otherwise its more discomfort.
    • I am really bummed I can't travel to my brother's funeral.
    • Life is full of ups and downs. Thanks for all the T&Ps.
    • Canada in February. Steph, what are you thinking?!? Of course, my idea of way up north is Chattanooga, TN.

    Ron did our taxes yesterday too. They are so easy in retirement...he did such a great job of setting us up for a simple financial life.

    I knocked out a bunch of "before we leave the states" to do's. Just need to call the GI billing. What they told us at the office last week doesn't match the bill they sent to our mailbox.

    So headed out for a walk soon then going to evaluate the pantry and see what else I can get used up. Yesterday was a uninspired meal of stir fry with freezer burned, watery broccoli and sun dried tomatoes. If I had had anything else worthy I would have tossed it and started over.
