Looking to build a community

Hello All! My name is Paul and I’m a 46 year old male from Ohio. My fitness goals are to build muscle and reduce body fat. I’m in no hurry to get to a specific weight but I do want to see consistent progress toward my goals. I’m currently experimenting with macros running a 30/30/40 split at this time. I strength train (push/pull/legs) and brisk walk 2-3 miles on the treadmill 6 days per week.

I’m hoping to connect with others for motivation and to build a community. I’m fairly introverted in real life so I’m hoping this will help me to break out of my shell.

    I encourage you to formulate some more specific goals and work towards them. Tough, but achievable. Time-bound and measurable.
