I’m 32. 258lbs and 20% body fat. I have been documenting my body transformation to gain as much muscle mass as possible.
What should my cut and bulk routine look like?

Welcome to the MFP forums, @James_Spishak!
By "routine" I imagine you're talking about the lifting routine, not the diet routine? Personally, my lifting routine has not varied regardless if I was in a cut or a bulk at the time, only my diet changed. Well, slight caveat...during a bulk I found it easier to lift heavier weights, but my overall scheme of exercise selection, sets and reps did not change.
A lot of people here in MFP would suggest a male shouldn't worry about bulking muscle until their BF gets down into the low- to mid-teens, but it probably depends what your goal is. If it's to compete in a strong-man, you are likely ok to just bulk. If it's to look muscular (either for the stage, the beach or the bedroom) then you're likely better off cutting the fat to reveal the muscle that's already there.0
