    My parents were obese my whole life. I was a size 4 at graduation and by age 27, a size 16/18 or 18/20 on a 5'3" small boned frame.
    I'm, down to a size 14 with lots of work ahead but you just reminded me 'why' I am doing this earlier than my parents. I want to enjoy my life.

    So proud of you.

    A few things- congratulations on hour AMAZING success! You are an inspiration! And a motivation. I've been sitting here feeling sorry for myself- I'm half way through my goal and in a plateau this week and feeling in a slump, but reading this was definitely what I needed, so thank you so much for sharing!
